3.2. Commission pricing, timelines, and specifications will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

3.3. A deposit may be required before work commences on custom pieces. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of agreement.

3.4. Due to the handcrafted nature of the work, slight variations from reference images or descriptions are inherent to the process.
